The Embalmers are a surf-rock institution. Fueled by boom boom beats and dreamy guitar reverb, this RVA ensemble knows how to shake your bones. Join us for an unforgettable night of groovy shoes, red fez hats, and unhinged dancing. Fans of The Ventures, The Safaris, Dick Dale, Link Wray, and Los Straitjackets will watusi to classic surf tunes and modern pop songs revamped for maximum twang.

The night begins with two fantastic and utterly groovy rock bands. THE LONELY TEARDROPS are a legendary and infamous garage rock combo led by Katie Teardrop. CRACK FOX are a raucous trash punk group with cool new wave Berlin energy.

Costumes are strongly encouraged. Vampires, Goo Goo Mucks, Creatures, Ghouls, and Witches of all kinds and potencies should not miss this rockin' scene.
