Missy's Workout Tips for Women!

I'm not a woman, at least not the last time I checked, but I asked the questions and 'wow' this woman

named Melissa McQuown, (aka. Missy) whom I've only known a month, set me straight. Standing at only 5 foot 2 inches she'll flex her muscle and tell you what's up in no time.

Cool thing about Missy is that she is a real rock 'n' roller….and a woman proud of her relationships with other people and her body; her health is important to her.She made very clear to me that she loves to 'workout'…and thinks that women can 'rise-above' the bullshit. Women can see themselves as beautiful, but they owe it to themselves to get in shape, no matter what. I couldn't agree more.
